Paul was very helpful in getting the right RV for us. He was very nice and answered all our questions. He was extremely easy to work with and seemed to want the best for us. Jason was very helpful in getting our fifth wheel hitch set up correctly. And in helping with the connection to my truck. Every person we came in contact with from sales,parts,finance,receptionist and mechanic couldn’t be any friendlier. They were all very helpful.

I wanted to go to a RV dealership in the area to see campers in person after doing research online. I’m glad I did a Google search and found that Giant Recreation World was closer than camping world and stopped in without an appointment. Scott greeted us and didn’t feel like a pushy salesman at all. He listened in detail to what we might be looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and helped us with options for features, preferences and budget options. He took us for a tour and was very professional and courteous and we felt like family by the time we were done touring. Golf carts were comfortable and convenient to see the inventory on both large lots. We didn’t know what we were walking into for our first time looking and now we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Great staff and Service. I highly recommend asking for Scott or Dennis.

We had an amazing experience at the Winter Garden Giant recreation world. Damon was great in helping us find exactly what we were looking for! Courtney and Matt did our walk through and made sure everything was good to go and Brandon helped us finish up all our paperwork and was awesome as well!! We are new to the Rv world and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then entire process was smooth and easy. The whole team was amazing and we are so grateful for the positive experience. Thank you for taking such great care of us! Highly recommend!!

Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough about the service department at this dealership. The most up-to-date knowledgeable, experienced, patient, polite, staff I have ever met! 🤩Even if you did not purchase your RV here they are just as helpful and pleasant. They answer all your questions honestly, address each problem individually, and provide an educated solution. Not everything can be fixed. Not everything should be fixed. But they will make recommendations to remedy the issue 🥳
