Great Customer Service! Great Experience! I felt very welcomed here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by gentleman. Next the ladies were very nice! That had me excited! As I was placing my order, the chef was ready to prepare my meal quick, fast and with quality presentation! I haven't had Penn station subs in a while. I'm glad I stopped in. I was able to dine in, the food was tasty, lemonade was delicious! A very cool refreshing drink! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Penn Station and staff for a great experience today!

The service absolutely sucks. Rude. Cold fries, asked for a cup for vinegar and the lady rolled her eyes. They really need to shut this location down for good. It's filthy.

Today on 12/22/2021 I purchased 3 sandwiches, 2 Steak and 1 Regular Teryaki Chicken. When I ordered guy some how entered 2 Large Steak sandwich, when I paid I saw the order and told the cashier that I ordered 2 Regular Steak. Cashier Brittany said no problem and changed the order. Order was to go, so when I came home all those sandwiches were uneatable, salty. When I called Brittany said it is seasoning, I believe guy who received the order got not happy from change and intentionally made it salty. I will never go to there, I believe they are not good with customers. Shame I waisted my money and my dinner! I would of give them minus star if I could! Don't go there!

I have done multiple online orders with this Penn Station over the last year or so. All have been consistent in both correctness and quality. I appreciate how they make the fries fresh when you get there. It makes pick up take a bit longer, but it’s definitely worth it for the taste.
