The food is great and the portions are huge. I mainly searched for a place like this after eating Moco Locos in Hawaii, and I have to say these are pretty spot on to what I had there. The look and taste are how I remember it being.

Just like I remembered it almost a decade ago. A must visit for when you come to Chicago. I'm a big fan of the chicken katsu and curry sauce. The rice is incredibly soft and goes very well with the macaroni salad. I also tried the spam musubi katsu for the first time here and I was not a fan. It did not have a good rice to meat ratio and was very dry. Other than that, I recommend their other meat + rice dishes.

One of my absolute favorite places to order from! The tofu katsu is so perfectly crispy and the garlic sauce is delicious. Go ahead and treat yourself to the hurricane fries, too - they are out of this world.
