I went in during a busy time and needed some faxes sent. The associate met me immediately and started sending them. One didn't go through the right way and he had to work on it a few minutes but it was done. He was friendly, efficient and quick. I'm definitely going back again if I need help.

These guys always do great work. Shipping with them is quick and easy wether it's my personal stuff or my companies notary items, they can always handle it making it super simple to get shipping and notary done.

I went there to have my signature notarized for important documents that needed to be sent out right away. He had me sign the papers then refused to notarize my signature because he did not understand the documents. I also had a court order empowering me and he rejected it also. I did not go there for legal advice. I just wanted my signature notarized. This may have cost me thousands of dollars because he had not seen documents like these before. So instead of notarizing my signature he wants to imply that I am committing a fraud. He should not be so arrogant and should remember that he is not providing paralegal services. He's just there to witness a signature. I signed in front of him and provided my ID. Now the form is useless!!!!
