The staff is amazing! Always so welcoming and keeping the gym clean at all times. This gym feels so safe and everyone is very friendly. Chris always has a smile on his face and never fails to make my day.

What a nice and clean gym! There seems to always be plenty of room, no matter how busy they are. As a female, I personally feel safe going here. I always notice other people following the rules (like making sure to wipe machines down) and being respectful. The locker rooms and showers are pretty nice, and they even have a handicap accessible stall. They also offer a massage room too which is great for post-workout! All in all, my favorite PF location!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 3 months and am still being billed. I have been in twice and called two other times. To no avail, I am still being billed and almost twice as much now! What will it take to get my account cancelled? I was told that signing a piece of paper is not how you cancel an account…well, then you have employees that apparently follow a different protocol. This is ridiculous!!!!

Hi Juan, Our expected opening date for most clubs that haven't already opened is mid to late November! At the moment, we are working closely with our franchisees to safely reopen our clubs, as gyms are permitted to reopen, adhering to local guidelines in place. You can also check your local club page on our Club Finder or your club’s Facebook page for updates. When your club’s official reopening date has been set, you’ll be the first to know! I cancelled by walking in and asking to cancel, it was quick and easy and they didn't try and talk me into staying.
Nothing is worse then going to tan at PF and have to clean some else's sweat and lotion of bed before I can use it this happens all to often
They have small group classes for free. No 1on1 personal trainers.

That would of resulted from the incompetence of a team member and lack of communication on both parties. Overall their dedication to create an authentic working out experience every time is Great!
