I like the ambiance of Panera and the social aspect but the food is not freshmade on site... it's smashed in a panini maker to warm or microwaved. I'm not even sure if they make bread in the bakery on site.

This place is a joke. They make terrible pizzas, terrible sandwiches, and the staff act like they don’t give a flying flip about you or your order and frequently get it wrong. They skimp on ingredients. They don’t smile, they don’t say thank you, I always leave in a bad mood. The bill is always, always different and substantially higher than expected. Don’t go to Milford Panera. Ever. And if you try to check prices be forehand........well good luck with that.
