First time at the Mint Bistro which is very conveniently located very close to the freeway exit. Even for Monday evening, the place was full and it seemed that many people were regulars. That suggests that the service is friendly and efficient and the food excellent. We ordered spring rolls, Thai Basil, Green curry, and Singapore noodles with medium spice level. The food was very good and delicious, especially, the spring rolls and the green curry. There is a hint of too much salt in all the dishes we ate, but we tend to be very sensitive to salt. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the food quite delicious.

We get to-go orders often but this was our first dine in. The service was absolutely amazing, Pete was an excellent server. The food was great, I didn't think it could be any better than our normal to-go orders but dinning in was top notch. Pete recommended new sushi rolls for us to try and he nailed it. I really can't even think of getting Asian food anywhere else, it doesn't compare. The wife really liked the strawberry mojito, one of their amazing signature cocktails. Highly recommend this place.

Great sushi, the lighting is perfect, and the service has always been great! Order food to pick up if you want to dine at home and they will make sure you have everything you need!

The atmosphere is casual but has an elegant vibe (dim lights, water goblets instead of cups). The staff was absolutely incredible, constantly moving and checking in on everyone. The food was delicious, sushi was was fresh and the rice was perfectly sticky (iykyk). The Thai spicy (level 3) is definitely spicy and definitely delicious! This is a great date night place, we loved it!
