Some lady was rude but they help with food and provide great information to animals

I volunteer here. Their care for the animals is amazing. They make every possible effort to see that every animal gets a loving home.

What a frustrating experience. Attempted to call to schedule an appointment to do a meet & greet and the person who called back was very rushed and borderline rude. We wanted to meet a pet before committing to adopting and were treated as if that was an inconvenience. We were happy to fill out any paperwork first, but it really felt like the preference was that we just get approved and come pick the pet up. When we tried to reiterate that we wanted to meet the pet first, we were instead asked what kind of personality we're looking for... only to be told they're not sure yet because the pet just arrived. I'm sure the shelter is stretched thin and low on staff, I've worked in both veterinary and rescue settings, so I completely understand the stress and concerns. But this is a similar experience I had ~5 years ago. It's frustrating that this kind of communication becomes an obstacle to adoptions while shelters are turning away new intakes. Two star review not to say you shouldn't adopt from them, but just to prepare people. I hope others have a better experience.

Easy to find directions with Google Maps. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgable. Answered all of our questions about the dog we were adopting. Socialized the dog with our current dog following proper procedures. Very nice, clean facility. Outdoor grounds were nice as well. We walked a gravel path that circled the property with both dogs. knowledgeable. The adoption process was very smooth. Staff had all the paperwork in order, filled out, and ready to be signed. My family would definitely recommend this humane society to anyone looking to adopt their new family pet

Black shepard/malmaute mix ,or all that possb huskey mix, looking that mix/ wolf*..
Please pay them a visit, they have many sweethearts available who need forever homes.
I am not connected with them enough to know the availability of the animals. Just call them and ask.
How much do your dogs I can only have 25lbs dogs where I live
Go in to the office and they'll fix you right up! They're a great group and you'll enjoy volunteering there!
I believe they offer the spay and neuter program for the little kitties
Yes. Call them at 541-479-5154 for more information.
Check Jackson County or Douglas County adoption programs...Good places ...
You will probably have to go into the location to see
The dog we got was 18 months old so I'm not sure how old he was when he was when neutered but I know we had a lab that was spayed, a female, at 4 months. we were very impressed with the care that was taken placing our dog with us. we went and visited him several times and they made sure that our home would be appropriate. After we brought the dog home they called us three days in a row to make sure he was doing okay. I would go back to them in a heartbeat
I don't think they do, check with Critical Pet Rescue.
Are the kittens feral as well? They have a "Barn Cat" program that would probably help you guys out. Also, "free" ads in the local paper used to be free of charge. Check with the Courier if you want to go that route. Best to call both animal shelters for more accurate info, too. Best of luck.
For despret low income rescue, try the Toby Foundation they are awesome!
I'm not sure if they do, but I'm pretty sure that Critical Pet Rescue will take rabbits.
No fee if it's a stray. A small fee if its an owner surrender. Have you considered obedience training? It could be a very minor issue that's easily rectified!
Contact All Creatures in Eagle Point, explain your situation.
They did not long ago. A VERY sweet dog!!! Go visit.... you never know what they'll have!
Go on line and see pics from Humain Society, great to see , I got to help someone so easy👍😎😇
There are other adoption sites, please take the time, they Love you, meet someone who will show efection , don't give up God will help both of you have a good life😇
Animal Control is the place that i that just needs to be handles and they can take it to the court of law
You'd have to call Animal Control for that, I'm pretty sure. And if the cats are not tame, the Humane shelter may not take them. They have a no kill policy but they can't adopt out wild kitties.
Possibly. Call them up and tell them. They will work with you
I would not be able to answer that but I know that that they require any cat or dog to be fixed before adoption.
I frequently can get dog food from the food banks in town
Please call us to place a report! Best of luck in finding your pet!
