This is the most unprofessional business in Grants Pass. First off the way the receptionist or whoever she was spoke to my cousin on the phone was completely unacceptable. Telling her she needs to be quite and to quit talking over her. It was justifiable considering the way the conversation started in the first place and also giving her the run around on her refund that should of been given to her the same day she came back to complain about the service. We have taken her car to a couple other tinting shops from Grants Pass to Medford and every one of them said it was out of pure laziness how those windows were done!!! This shop shouldn't be open if they can't do a proper job!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle, Brian provides excellent work and service, I couldn't ask for any better. We've had all our vehicles done by him, no bubbles, lifting, change of tint color, etc. If you trust him with your work, you won't regret it!
