It was my first at the Ehrlich Rd. Salon. I had Tracy Ryan. She was amazing, she new just what I wanted. Easy to talk to and she gets it. She’s a true artist. She’s my go to girl and salon.

My son went in to get his hair cut. Told his hair stylist, Tracy, to leave the top long and cut the sides at a #4. He even showed her a picture of what he wanted. When she got done, his haircut was a lot shorter than what he told her to do or showed her. She then told him as she was checking him out that she had to charge him $5 extra because his hair was long. His hair wasn't even down past his collar. But his hair is curly but not long where somebody should charge extra to cut it . So does Fantastic Sams now just charge you based on how many inches your hair is? Why do you have prices showing how much a haircut is when you book your appointment online yet your stylist can pick their own price that they charge. He is 18 years old, a high school student, and just paid it because he didn't know what to say. Her business card shows that she is the manager. He said she was very rude and very condescending to the other employees in the salon. My whole family has been going to this salon for at least 10 years. We always go to Tru Van an absolutely love her. Unfortunately my son did not make an appointment to be able to see her so took the first available. Big mistake. This salon has changed so much in the past year and not for the good. And now that I see that they'll charge a high school students who used to get a student discount, now gets charged more than the advertised price because they think his hair was too long is absolutely ridiculous and is also false advertisement.

Pam is absolutely amazing. I had gone in to get a blow out the other day and it was normal, nothing unexpected. I had blue and black hair and I had mentioned to her that I was thinking of dying it again. She said just to let her know when I wanted to do that and we would. So yesterday I decided I was going to dye my hair by myself again but the color remover I used did not do a good job of taking out the blue and I had work in three hours. I called Pam a little frantic and apologetic and asked her if she had time to fix it if it was even possible to fix at all. She told me to come that she was almost done with a haircut and long story short she worked miracles without bleach or any lightener. She used a Malibu color remover and was able to completely remove the blue with little to no damage. Then we did the dye I was looking for and I love it! I’ll always go back to her chair !
