I have lived here 6 years and have never had a problem with the manager. The manager is very friendly and understanding. She is very professional and has never been one sided. She tries to work with both parties. I love my apartment and I hate to see people post things that I have never experienced. I have lived at other apartments complexes and I have to say this property has been wonderful for me and my family!

The apartments themselves are nice but the management is so awful it completely cancels out the apartment itself. When a complaint is made about a tenant, management makes NO effort to hear both sides. They just assume the complainer is 100% accurate and act on it. Playing the role of jury and judge. For petty things. They also raised the rent $200. This poor sap is so pitiful, they went on here and left not one but two reviews for themselves to make it look better. Only move here if you want high drama with no amenities. You are guaranteed both of these things.

New management has taken over and things are finally getting taking care of. Quick maintenance service! Apartments are very nice and a great size!

This is a quiet & beautiful property! Maintenance does an excellent job getting the work that needs to be done in a timely manner. The apartment views are spectacular! The management company cares about their tenants and quickly takes care of what needs to be done. I would recommend this property to all.
