I do understand that the restaurant might be slightly understaffed but that is not an excuse for how bad the food was and the fact that half of my order for my breakfast meal was missing. The iced tea was not normal black tea but some sort of nasty fruit based tea and they did say it was brewed but honestly the way it tasted I doubt that. It tasted like it was made from some sort of syrup or concentrate. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was not right, it was brown and not white. I am never coming back to this location again again corporate needs to investigate this place and retrain everyone there.

Friendly environment. Food was excellent. I had the all meat protein breakfast bowl and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend. Gravy was good.
