I’ve been here once before to get a specific product. I quickly got assisted finding the product I was hunting for. This time was a whole different experience. Walked in and I was quick to noticed one of the staff was following me around. She could’ve asked if I needed help, but she was walking around me keeping an eye. After walking the whole store and not being able to find the products I needed I was going to ask for help, but all the staff were talking to each other and laughing like they were hanging after work at a restaurant or bar. The whole setting killed my mood and I just walked out. I hate to be that person, but there’s a place and time for work and social life. As for the staff following me around I don’t care because I know I’m probably not the typical target demographic.

Layne is awesome! She was extremely helpful in picking out makeup for my sister, the bride. She spent time with us and helped us find just the right shade foundation. The one we decided on was actually out of stock, but Layne gave us a sample to try it at home! I wish everywhere was this helpful!

Jessica P. at the salon at Ulta is amazing! She is truly a master stylist. I started seeing her on a suggestion from a friend and she never disappoints. My first appointment with her made me so happy I’ve kept coming back for over 5 years. Her color skills are ON-POINT and her cuts very flattering. I travel from St Pete to Clearwater to see her, she’s that good. I hope Ulta knows what a treasure they have. I won’t trust anyone else there to take care of my hair.
