Zoe and Kelli were/are super tenant friendly and helpful. The unit was well appointed and maintained. We plan to take advantage of these features in 2022 and beyond, Lord willing . Strongly Reccomend Peppertree properties without reservation to all.

I was employed through this company for a little over 6 months, I told the property manager (Arvilla) at the interview that I was going to miss work in January 2018 when my fiancé gives birth. I worked 4 days a week, I asked for 4 days off. She granted me that. When my next shift was due I was called and told NOT TO COME BACK. She acts nice but she isn’t. She will talk bad about the guests and residents behind there backs. She didn’t even care about the employees. After all it was prolonged and Arvilla knew I was having a baby and she let me go for having a baby. The office forgot or didn’t write down the due date in the office so when I didn’t show up they treated me quite rudely! As if planned perhaps. Be careful to ANYONE trying to be an employee.
