An amazing experience well worth the ticket cost also don't forget to go to the museum with your tickets you can get in for $5 they have two circus museums. They also have a gigantic museum of art that's free on Monday and a beautiful garden with a huge mansion at the end of the trail.

Saw the Summer Circus at this beautifully preserved tiny theater. There's not a bad seat in the house!

It's a very small & intimate venue. There's probably not a bad seat in the house. I don't know the exact number of seats but that info is prob available online, or you cd call to ask.
