I ordered a custom necklace. I put my kids name on it my husband double checked everything was correct because if I am spending that much I want it done perfectly. Well Kay jewelers messed it up and it is incorrect one of the names is complete missing one of them is missing the last letter. We brought this to their attention and they refused to refund us and refused to fix it.

Friendly customer service, told me during cleaning inspection that my husband’s ring one diamond was lose we can either change it or we can wait. The lady was very nice and I am glad she told us heads up about the ring.

Sara went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my ring. She truly cares about the customer and is a pro at her job! I was having problems with my original engagement ring, stones kept falling out/the ring was cracked. I was devastated.
