Kong was awesome. He provided great customer service by keeping me updated on my vehicle and just overall really taking care of me. When I first brought my vehicle in March, the part I needed was on back order. It didn't come in until June and I was shocked when he called because I thought I had been forgotten about. The day I brought my vehicle in it was such a smooth process and I was in/out extremely quickly. It was ready same day, but I wasn't able to come until the morning to pick it up. When I arrived, my vehicle was park out front and ready to go. The whole check out process took about 5 mins, which was amazing because I was pressed for time. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to working with Kong in the future.

UPDATE: They’ve located my vehicle. It’s nice they decided to park it under a bird sanctuary…see pic. Don’t waste your time attempting to have your vehicle serviced here. After leaving it there for 10 days it was never even untouched. Several messages, emails and calls went 100% unanswered during this time as well. Now I’m sitting here and after 20 minutes they still cannot locate my vehicle. No communication, no service, no organization. Unfortunately there are no decent alternatives in Anchorage.

I came in looking for a new vehicle. Coley helped me out and was overall amazing to work with. She was understanding of what I was looking for, honest, and helpful in guiding me to the perfect fit. It was a fantastic experience working with her and I highly recommend. She didn’t pressure me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left the evening with the truck I absolutely loved. She was personable consistently and we laughed the entire time. I am so thankful for such a positive experience!

I made an appointment online and wrote down everything I needed done. When I got to the dealership, I was told that they don't recommend online appointments. I had to remember everything I needed to be done. I was quoted a price and was called when it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up. I paid and went to my car. In my car, there was a tool (a long pole) left on my driver's seat. I took it back to Edgar Corona who had no idea what it was. I then went to leave, sat in the driver's seat and noticed that my glove box was on the floor by the passenger's seat. I had to take the car back inside and tell Edgar about this. He asked to see my paperwork to figure out who forgot to finish the job. He did apologize that this happened and he did get someone to fix it. I understand you are busy, but I can't give you a 10 out of 10 when I had to go back inside to have you finish the work. At the end, I was satisfied.

The website doesn't work for booking appts. Oil changes and.routine maintenance does not require an appointment just come down. Call 365-8600 from 7 Am other wise
no. Go to Lithia Chevrolet 9100 Old Seward Hwy, Anchorage, AK 99515 and go to the Express Lube garage. They can make your car within 2 hours. good place.
Im sure Chevrolet of Southside Anchorage can do the work, but i believe they would contrsct out the work. I get my glass work at Novus Glass. I am not sure if they do body work though.
