I drive out of my way to the Tipp city location if I'm in a really desperate need for a part otherwise I don't like dealing with O'Reilly's at all! At least the store manager in Tipp City actually is professional and knows how to do her job. The West Milton location is horrible! Customer service is Zero. Clueless employees that probably only know what they know about cars from a movie or video game. Years ago this location tried to be another auto parts store. It failed! I don't think it's the store it's self just the product of a failed school system and poor screening process when hiring these people. When someone enters your store you should be greeted and treated with respect. As a customer we are keeping you in business!
