My Personal opinion. It's dependent on where it's, idk if gas line there and are near. How easy it to vent out. I wouldn't recommend electric tankless. Your talking about. I'm not it nail down prices or quoting but about 4k vs about 1500. Dependent on who you use to do it and brand. How many people is going to be there at give week. Like 50 gallon go fast if it's alot people. But it small. Cost to run is better financially but tank last longer. Their no maintenance really and if something break to fix it if something besides tank blow out it's 25 parts. Vs mutil electronics parts, boards and accessories. Again personally for a part-time rental. I wouldn't recommend. Put a timer and off and on switch. They northeastern only carry a few brands Bradfordwhite, states and other brand. Brad and state are great tank and tankless Rinnai best and most expensive. Easy part less failure. But Navien tankless is ok and cheaper. But bad warranty department harder to get parts.
