Small waiting room and chairs and rows very close. Half the people not wearing masks.One lady was wearing her mask below her chin. Signs stating to wear masks, not to show up of sick. Front desk staff not wearing masks. People in waiting room coughing and snotty noses without masks.Two people were coughing and not even covering thier mouths. The waiting room is small and the staff can clearly see this and hear it. Staff did not once ask people to wear masks or reschedule the sick people, even though you are not supposed to be there if you are sick. MRI tech was fabulous and wore a mask, front office staff was friendly, that is the only reason they get stars. Would never go back to this location in Tampa again.

This was my first time for a bone marrow scan and CT with contrast. I didn’t know what to expect. They were kind, courteous, and very good. The nuclear med tech was very good at phlebotomy. Each step on the way was explained to me. The CT tech did the same. When I asked for a copy of the results, they printed disc’s for me. I recommend Akumin as a good place to have radiology work done.

I have been coming here for years and I don't want to go anywhere else for my mammogram needs. The staff is friendly and they always try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. My mammogram tech made me feel at ease with my concerns. She was compassionate and professional with her approach with me. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. I recommend this place for your mammogram needs.

I went in for my 41 week pregnancy ultrasound today and the experience was horrible. Not only were they 45 min late for my appointment, but from the moment I entered the exam room I experienced unprofessional behavior. No one helped me onto the table. There was someone who was in training and I was not asked if it was ok if they observed during my appointment. I was not spoken to and the tech and the person in training did not speak to me. The tech first layered my entire stomach with the jelly and then proceeded to move the wand across my stomach in a fast/back and forth motion. It seemed as if she did not know what she was doing. She even was moving it so erratically that she got a bunch of the jelly on my shirt and kept hitting my arm. Then, her phone rang twice and she finally turned it off with a subtle apology. Lastly, she told me to clean myself up with just the cover. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and will not be returning.
