Arrived and called shuttle and was told we would be called back. Had to call them back and was told the shuttle had broken down. Called the main line to be told to take an Uber and they would reimburse us. The main number wasn’t aware the shuttle was broken down. They won’t reimburse us a penny for parking despite us then walking. Didn’t even bother with the shuttle on the way back as they started our vacation off wrong and didn’t want to deal with their incompetence and end the trip on a bad note. Worst customer service ever.

Arrived and called for shuttle, voice mail. About 20 min. later shuttle came. Arrived home shuttle service did not answer or return 3 calls. Finally another parking system shuttle gave us a lift back to the lot. Would not recommend and will NEVER use them again.

Who knew parking could be this easy. Staff was Great, clean facility and the prices are affordable. You have so much to stress about when you are booking your cruise, dont let parking your vehicle be on that list. This company is hands down the best in the business.

Just a warning to all possible cruise ship parking customers. I used 717 parking for a recent 11 day cruise, had the address entered into my GPS and had reviewed the parking lot location on Google maps before leaving home. Arrived at the parking lot, parked and left on cruise, arrived back to Tampa yesterday and walked to lot and my truck was NOT in the lot! Started looking around and saw my truck in a completely different parking lot! Thinking that maybe they moved it with a wrecker, I deducted that there is no way they could have. I own one of the longest wheel base trucks Chevy makes and they could not have moved it to the new location with a wrecker, they must have some sort of Master Key and used it to start and move my truck. If I had more time I would have called the police and reported it stolen but was in too much of a hurry. Beware of this company.
