Awful wait time then she pushed the meds out of the window they landed under the car and we waited another 45 minutes for the medicine, and they put a rolling item to roll out of drawer again instead of diagonal so if it rolls it doesn't fall out They need to fix this mess

Every time I have had interactions with the staff at James A Haley hospital, it has been pleasant and enjoyable. Never has anyone been mean to me; from the clean up person, to lab techs, to the nurses, to every Doctor. Everyone has been great in making sure the patient is comfortable and feeling safe. On all floors I’ve been inpatient (5 west) (5 north) (Intensive Care) and to every clinic, lab, SCI unit, lab, to the specialty clinics
