Why does the local Red Cross not want to work with , local amateur radio club's, most all work closely with the club, just asking, local ham.

How do I go about donating cloths and furniture to the victims of hurricane Michael. I have not been able to reach anyone who can assist me and no one answers at my local chapter in NPR Fl. I keep getting "options" to pick from and no help

Red Cross does not take donations of clothes or furniture. You would be better off to check with some local churches or. possibly check online with Pasco County. I know there were some groups that were going up this weekend and taking supplies but it was not the Red Cross.
