Needed a haircut as it had been way too long. Showed Renee a picture if what I was thinking, she was excited to have creative license. Omg. She was amazing. She understood the length I was going for and the texture of my hair and how it would lay once dried. She understood my desire for something that was very low maintenance due to my chaotic life, so she gave me a cut and style that could be dressed up or thrown in a ponytail and still look great. Wasn't planning on getting it done today, but so glad she was there when I called to see if there was a wait and if I could come in asap on my way to run errands. Will definitely be going back to her.

TO THE OWNER, MANAGER, & DISTRICT MANAGER, I have been a customer of FS for a very long time! Since when do you tell a customer on Tuesday you only take FS customers. Since when do you reject a walk in! On top of that I referred a "Cancer Patient" who was told exactly that!! Shame on you and the Blonde haired employee who told a cancer patient that!
