Was one of the WORST experiences I've had with customer service. The cashier rung up 2 pair of the same shoe just different colors. It was a 4.00 difference in price. After bringing it to the cashiers attention I asked if she could match the price seeing it was the exact same shoe. She calls the Manager over by the name of Shalisa. Shalisa checks out the shoes then the screen never said a word to me or looked me in my face. Only told the cashier "Oh Ross don't match prices she has to pay for the difference." Then proceeded to walk off and that was that. She never introduced herself never spoke to me directly simply said that and walked away.The cashier was just as confused as I was because I've shopped at other locations and they've assisted w/ this no problem. If my son wasn't so excited about the shoes I would have left all three pair I purchased right there in the store. But I will NEVER go back to this Ross if this is a display of how they treat their customers. And I wouldn't encourage anyone to visit here neither!!!

I felt like I was shopping at good will. The racks of clothing looked out of date. No decent lingerie. I feel bad for the employees there. A lot of dis satisfied shoppers letting cashiers know.

Cashier at register 5 was rude. I do understand how frustrating it can be working retail especially when the store is busy, but the attitude and the amount of huffing and puffing just while I was paying for my one little piece of clothing was ridiculous and unprofessional. And to top it off the tossing my purchase on the counter at me in and aggressive and pushy manor. I didn't get a chance to even look for a name badge because she wouldn't even turn completely around. I've been here several times and today was a horrible experience.
