About the 3rd or 4th of January me and my grandfather rented a 27 foot truck and where told by the general manager that it could fit into the u-haul storage location at 6209 US-19 behind the country inn pizza place.We rent the truck and we get to the U-haul place and we tried to get the truck to our storage unit wich was on row D. We went down one row that took us to the back building that blocked you from going straight. We try and turn right but we have to keep on going back and forth and finally turn right. We drive down past a row or two and we try to go right down row D and we are just sitting there shaking our heads. We knew this wasn't going to work at all but we tried even though to turn down the row. We eventually gave up and couldn't get down the row and get our stuff out of the unit we came to pick up. We went back to this U-Haul the next day and we had a lady tell us the exact same story the general manager tell us. That we should have been able to get a 27 foot truck into the tiny storage place at 6209 US-19 and we ended up having to rent a different truck and having to pay for it too. We later realized we had forgotten our ratchet straps and dolly or hand truck in the 27 foot truck. My grandfather went back the next day and asked for them back and they said they didn't have them. All I want is my grandfather's green hand truck and light Grey ratchet straps U-Haul. I personally will never do business with this specific U-Haul location in the future

Thank you general manager Tim for being rude and unprofessional and making me waste my time and energy. As per other reviews on here this is an ongoing issue with this guy which has not been resolved by Uhaul for years. If there is any customers who are reading this review all I have to say is good luck.

My entire process from reserving a truck to returning it was buttery smooth. When I made the reservation online, one of the employees called the following days to check in and confirm all the details. While picking up in person, everything felt effortless. The employee who was helping me out, her communication was pleasant - she was patient, informed and very helpful in explaining the terms and even bringing out the truck. I did an after hours return through the mobile site and there were no issues there either. Would rent from here again.

I've used this location many times whether it was me moving or helping someone move and the customer service is outstanding even when phased with a lobby full of customers. They keep their cool and get to everyone when they can. I love the friendly service I receive every time. Some of these negative comments are bad. I'm sure Uhaul has their own policies on how to do business. They do it to keep all of us safe.
