I was raised in Germany and feeling a little nostalgic I came here. Of all the German food I have Eaten in America, this is the most authentic and delicious German meal I’ve had. The interior is exactly like the restaurants were in the 80s and 90s. If you are looking for a delicious meal from Europe, look no further. This is my new favorite German place!

Fine Line

One of four entrees was excellent, appetizers were nothing special, the service was adequate. For 120.00 the food should have been much better. And we didn't have any alcohol! There also seemed to be some sort of argument or shouting match going on in the kitchen. If your from out of town I would skip this place there are much better places to eat.

We had reservations for 5pm this evening. We have been coming for years. We even had our wedding rehearsal dinner here 10+ years ago. Unfortunately, both our food and service were subpar and disappointing this evening. Our waitress Emily was neither friendly or welcoming with a very short and blunted demeanor. We both ordered Jagerschnitzel as we do every time. What we were served did not resemble what we have been served many times before. There was no gravy whatsoever. Very few mushrooms. But worst of all, the veal was ruined by sitting in soggy oil. I'm afraid the cook does not know how to prepare this dish. At $26 a plate, we expect better. Emily could tell we were not impressed, as she saw that my husband had removed his schnitzel from the sopping oil. She never bothered to ask how our meals were. Sadly, we can no longer consider this "our place".

Been dying to try this restaurant! Absolutely outstanding food and service! Love the local flavor. Amber Rose Restaurant doesn't disappoint and it's definitely worth a visit...or 2.
