Are you serious! This place is nothing but a bunch of run down homes painted bright colors in a bad neighborhood. City of Bradenton should do something about this.

Fun art spot! If you're coming from a long distance just make sure you time it during hours they're open. If local, you can't go wrong with stopping by to spend some time wandering this area.

Such an eclectic place! We came on a day when everything was closed because we were in the area, but it was still amazing to see all of the art. I'm sure it would have been even better to go into the shops and talk to the people, as well. I honestly don't know why this doesn't have more great reviews. It's such a cool gem in a small city. If you are specifically coming for the shops, just make sure you come on the right day at the right time. I think most of them are open Thursday through Saturday from 11 to 4. Covid might also affect these hours. Either way, it is definitely worth a visit here just to see the houses and the art.

Since this is a live/work district, the studio, gallery and shop hours vary widely. There is a Calendar on the Village of the Arts website that lists which businesses are open each day of the week. A few businesses are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and the most businesses are open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11-4. Additional hours include First Friday Artwalks from 6-9pm. In any case, check the Calendar which is updated to include seasonal changes.
We went there this past wknd. And the food was very very good. The Guac was great!!!
