I walked in the door with my son for a haircut and literally the guy came towards me at the door and yelled “ are you walking in? “ I said yes and he was like we can’t help you. Keep in mind this was 2 hours before the location was supposed to close and there was no one in the salon. No attempt at any niceties or anything. Just left and didn’t even say anything. Said something about his manager not helping. Very unprofessional. Then I went to second location and had the same exact experience. They seem to really value their customers. Will never give any business to this location or Supercuts.

Don't make an appointment online. I made one and was turned away saying I didn't make one or they didnt see my appt. time . Went back the next day same thing. The stylist felt bad so he worked me in. In need of some serious IT overhaul.

We went to this location because our normal location had a wait. We decided not to wait and made an appointment here. At first, we were turned off by the way the phone call went, as the person making the appointment was a bit unprofessional. But when we got there and actually met, it was just his personality. The salon was clean, the two hairdressers on site were friendly, and appreciative. I would go back.
