I had an appointment with Luke, whom I’ve used before. The cut and blow dry was top notch. He pays attention to what you’d like done and executes it beautifully. He’s very professional and fun to chat with, too. I watched Tim and Jacob cutting hair today as well (right next to Luke). Terrific stylists I’d happily use,, if I didn’t already love Luke’s work.

I had a 2:15 appointment and arrived 20 minutes earlier. Upon checking in the male stylist saw me and decided to go out to the store. Later a man walked in and asked if he could just walk in. 5 minutes later, the male stylist returned and decided to take the new walk in and completely ignore me. He dyed the man's hair and went to the back room to Play with his phone, never acknowledging me. Not sure what his problem was but it was only my second time at HC and the rude and non welcoming attitude from this male was very disturbing. Totally ignoring a Senior citizen. I went across 34th St. To Fantastic Sam's and what a difference in the welcoming atmosphere and they attended to me as a walk in 30 minutes later. They kept me informed and were so accommodating to Seniors.
