The pharmacist and staff always took such good care of me. I moved recently and only now realize just how positive my experience was. I took them for granted. There isn't Rite Aid where I am now and the Linden Ave. pharmacy staff are sorely missed. I want you back!

This store is horrible. Nobody in the pharmacy seems to know what is going on. I get texts saying my prescription is ready and there was none there. They severely understaffed and it takes so long to get your prescription. I would recommend avoiding this location. The staff ranges from very nice to iffy. I am transferring my prescriptions from this location and Rite Aid in general.

This drive thru is the worst. I don't know how many times I've been through and they tell me my meds aren't quite ready to pull back through the line with a bunch of cats just for them to take 30 minutes to get the next cars scripts, like why didn't you make them pull around this drive thru is a complete joke.

My normal pharmacy was out of my prescription sending me scrambling to find a substitute location. I stopped in here knowing that Rite-Aid has always been a dependable pharmacy, and as I live downtown, this wasn’t too far out of the way. As it was Friday evening, they were very busy dealing with several customers and also families coming in for their vaccinations. The technicians were extremely nice, patient and helpful. Their cheerful personalities and ability to find humorous moments despite the stress of the job was refreshing. Marie was exceptionally helpful, as she diligently sought to find a cheaper price for my prescription while providing fun and conversational banter along the way. I highly recommend this pharmacy for those who appreciate great customer service and attention to detail! To Marie and the amazing technicians, you deserve a raise/bonus/anything for being so awesome during stressful times. Thank you so much ladies, you all are the reason customers will keep coming back!
