I generally like this petsmart... although I'm not a huge fan of keeping animals the way they do, I will say that this is always a clean stocked store, the workers are helpful. The ones who know me obviously don't typically ask me if I need anything bc they know what I come for.. but the reason I took a star off is because they don't have prescription foods.

Attica did a fantastic job with our Zoe! Zoe just turned 1 and had only been to a groomer once before (we always do her care at home). She said Zoe did so well and her groom was fantastic! She looks so pretty, smells so nice, nails are perfect! And she was so happy and comfortable when I picked her up! We will continue to use PetSmart and will keep scheduling with Attica! Thanks Again!

Went in today to get a few things and quite a few fish to stock my new tank. There were NO FISH! The few they did have were floating dead, on the verge of death unable to swim at all, or laying on the bottom of the tank. The betta fish wall barely had anything either. The ones they had were dead or in absolutely AWFUL water conditions, water so cloudy you couldn’t even see the fish. The birds looked ill, all sitting In the back of the cages huddled together. No reptiles, empty tanks. Multiple workers walked by me without even a hello, Very very sad.

We stopped at PetSmart while visiting my family in Cincinnati. They had a great selection of food for our two kids/cats Milo and Willow they love the food and we love the prices.
