I wish I could give it zero stars right now, I went in to try to buy a bedframe and was offered no help and a ton of condescension from the worker here. I even said to him that this was the first time I was trying to buy some thing from the re-store by myself. His condescension makes me want to not buy anything from here ever again. I have no idea who the worker was, but he was an old man working at around 2 o’clock on 5/12/22

While I love the concept of this place- I have yet to have a great experience. There is a vast selection of items- but I find the pricing to be a bit high. The one item I was excited to find/purchase I ended up putting back on the shelf as there was no one at the check out area and wasn't willing to wait behind the 4 other people also waiting to pay. (It was a simple chrome soap dish- nothing I couldn't live without)

Bought a cabinet set from here, they were great for an okay price. Only help I got from staff was to the register, we struggled bringing it down the steep ramp to our trailer. Then the guy at the loading dock with the green shirt told us to move our trailer as we're loading, commenting we're not the only ones shopping. As we finished up he started yelling at someone else dropping off donations telling them to let staff park the vehicle for him cause he's not doing it right. Not sure if he's the owner or manager but he definitely needs to get checked.

If not in a quantity you could try to drop at the rear of the neighboring warehouse. If a quantity or out of your regular travels, I'd try other more direct methods of contact. This may also be store specific and may take a minute, but follow the process of asking, they'll get back to you for care by case basis and may vary between store locations. I believe the outbound vm message when you call has instruction to contact other areas for such inquiries; otherwise try a fax. I'm not sure how far they are into electronic communication otherwise. They have some names and phone numbers for people who are in the business of delivering but I had no luck with any of their sources. So you have to find your own the way to transport your purchase.

I do not, the store will do a pickup- I have never asked if they would deliver? I would suggest you reach out to the location and ask.
It's always hard to know as their inventory changes day to day. It's one of those things you have to stop by and check out when you need it.
It depends on the day. Follow their facebook page for inventory updates or just call them directly. Google questions is more a place for general info about the business primarily answered by members of the public. Hope this helped!
They do not deliver. They have subcontractors that they recommend that charge 30 to 75 depending on size and distance

BH, We love our Restore! It seems good sale days are not advertised, but are when managers need to move inventory. That being said, in the past there seems to have been some smaller incentives to shop on Wednesday. Happy deal-hunting!

They have all types of furniture. Excellent prices. Inventory is sold quickly. If you see something you like,buy it.
They almost always have couches available.
Yes. You need to call them. Be aware that they don't take everything and there driver's will make decisions when they arrive whether or not the items you want to donate are worthy of being in Restore. I know this from personal experience in 2015 when a driver refused to take some girls bedroom furniture from me citing that he wouldn't carry it down a flight of stairs. We even offered to carry down for him and he still refused. So make sure you ask for clarification when you call them to schedule pick up. Also, they absolutely do not take mattresses. Call Salvation Army for mattress pickups.

You get a receipt for donation which you complete all but value. Then, you must document the value and fill in amount as per irs tax code.
