I am extremely disappointed in the fact that they wouldn’t take back a return of unopened electric fence product. I bought the product during Covid and wasn’t able to use it and tried to return it and they wouldn’t take returns during Covid. Now that Covid is over they have a 30 day policy on returns. Still won’t take returns for items that were purchased during Covid. They just lost a customer.
