This is a neat little museum in the capital city of Vermont! The displays cover virtually every topic in the state of Vermont's history. Some of the displays are setup with kids in mind. Many of the displays are well researched and have much reading material with them. Excellent artifacts and visuals in the museum. You could easily spend an hour or more in here. Price for entry is only $7. Definitely worth a visit.

Very informative, well designed and laid out. Good progression from very early times to present day. Good use of the story telling booth. Very engaging, especially for kids!

There was a lot of very interesting information in this museum that I never knew and might not have learned otherwise. $7 adult entry and reasonable hours including some weekend hours. I love visiting historical museums and this was a good one.

I agree with Craig. The museum is set up as a walk through time, with sections centered on those periods.
