I waited 2 months after being told it would take up to 4 weeks. The day I finally thought I was getting the car he calls me tells me my money is in my mail box he refunded it. I waited patently wasn't rude to them they are now selling that same car again on Craigslist. Place is a joke. Obviously he needed to be loaned a few bucks. I never leave reviews but what they did was low. Don't buy from here. Actually you told me today your mechanic messed up the light and you had my money in my mailbox and your selling that same car on Craigslist I'm not going to argue with you. I have work and a child I waited patently...

Just purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano from this place and am incredibly let down by the quality of the vehicle and the quality of service. I have had the car for less than a month and had many issues with it. Asked for payment in full then when we asked for it to be broken into 2 payments they delayed the pick-up date by several weeks.

This customer bought a part and will not even install it even though we have live video stream of good working order before removing. We called the dealer with his vin number and ours as well to alleviate unfounded concerns and still customer does not understand. First time we have ever encountered this, we have offered a refund but customer has no way to get to shop as he's an hour away. We let him know we are scheduling a pickup first of week if he can't get it here, but apparently he is very impatient. Refund offered, waiting on customer to deliver part back to shop. Don't know what else we could do in this situation.
