Ordered items online for in store pickup on Monday 6/13/2022 @ 1:30pm. All items ordered were in stock. There was a pop-up message that said all orders after 6pm would need to be picked up the next day and I would receive an email when they are ready to be picked up. I called on 6/14/2022 @ 6pm to ask if the order was ready yet. The person I spoke to said no, it hasn't been picked yet. It will be ready Wednesday. I stopped in Wednesday 6/15/2022 @ 7pm to pick up the order, it still was not picked. It is now Friday 6/17/2022 @ 4:50pm and my order still isn't picked. If they aren't going to provide the service why offer it? You are just going to cause customers to get frustrated and angry.

Never in a million years did I ever expect to find a store to have SEEDLING 🌱 SUPPLIES OR SEEDS so late in the growing season. (Stocked up for next winter/spring. ) ESPECIALLY AFTER the 4th of July 🇺🇸. Wow! I had originally come to Home Depot to get the Giant Paintsticks to use as labels for veggies in the garden. And I kept finding things that I needed or really wanted. I THINK I HAVE FOUND MY REPLACEMENT FOR WAL*MART !!!

Excellent staff to assist in self checkout. Convenient location with adequate parking. Love the brand of Behr paint/stain and Behr rep, “Rick.”
