I just bought a 2016 BMW X5. Harold was my guy. Very friendly with no pressure tactics. He was so laid back and willing to just let me look it over. I stopped a total of 3 times before I bought it. He let me take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out. Found a minor problem which they took care of. It was a very enjoyable experience for me. It didn’t take hours of sitting and waiting. It may have taken an hour or an hour and fifteen minutes. Somewhere in that time frame. I bought an extended 3 year 50,000 mile warranty which covers everything. I have peace of mind knowing that if it blows up it’s covered. I’m the guy that always says no to the warranty thing but thought it was a good idea in this case. Totally worth it. I would recommend this place to my family and friends and they will be my first stop when I’m ready for another car. Thank you guys for an awesome experience. I will be back.
