Would not recommend. A counselor there twisted the words that my daughter said. Counselor cannot be trusted. Very unprofessional and horrifying that someone would twist words to make trouble in our family!

The very worst four months experience of my life depending on these people. Total waste of time and effort. I'm disabled and on social security disability and this was explained over and over .And they still keep telling me I have to go out and look for a job on top of looking for a ace to live. These people should not be in this business they do not help people at all . If I could give no stars that's what they would get in return for giving no help to people who desperately need it

JFCS is the most amazing organization and caring staff!!! From supplying my son & cousins with new winter jackets, to the personal counseling & relationship/parenting classes I participate in, they have been an integral part of my life & well being!! They assist all faiths/denominations,(you don't have to be Jewish)if they don't provide a service, they will refer you to someone that does! Make a small (or large) donation if you can, every little bit helps! This is an organization well worth the community support :) I cant say enough positive things about the organization!!

if I could give them zero stars I would , if you are looking for help with any kind of housing assistance prepare yourself for the worst!! You have a better chance of being evicted then you do getting a phone call phone from your caseworker... Jewish families you claim to give first priority to veterans and families with children in the home under the age of 18 if that’s the case why are you not helping the veterans or families with small children?

Call 211 as you will need a referral for just about all programs. You have to ask them specifically about jfcs.
