I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes according to Google maps. Only one car moved and I left. Another car left the line at the same time. As we drove past, there were 4 cars waiting to go to the window and 5 more waiting after the window. I don't know if this is typical of this location, it was my first time there. I definitely feel bad for the employees working at the time, I suspect there were not enough.

If you order more than three items, you can be positive that your entire order will be incorrect. With the closed dining room, and incredibly long drive thru time you can either go home with your incorrect order or wait in line AGAIN just to have them correct it. Even if it was the best tasting food on the planet, I still wouldn't put myself through this ordeal again.

This chain here in Milwaukee had taken a dive downwards. Dirty, not friendly staff, constantly running out of chicken and if you order delivery in the evening you would be lucky to get anything. Ive stopped going And are letting all know to not go due to the above mentioned reasons. Don't waste your time.

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, I was stuck in the lunch drive thru, for 45 mins. There was only 3 cars in front of me when I originally ordered! The chicken sandwich was not made that day I’m sure of it. They gave me the mashed potatoes and gravy upside down and dripping into the bag, no utensils or napkins. I waiting at the window to request fresh food and napkins and a spoon but the staff all walked into the back and hid from customers. All Milwaukee Popeyes are miserable this is actually a good chain restaurant anywhere else in the USA.

I agree with Kelly's review. My food was ok but the customer service was not good. Staff was borderline rude. The floor had just been mopped with something that left it very slippery. Had it not been for another customer grabbing ahold of me when I slipped, I would have been flat on my back. No apologies just rude treatment by cashier. I will not be going back either
I think it's up to the individual franchise owner. Either that or whoever does the ordering for the store, doesn't do a great job. I went to a Burger King once that was out of meat! Not kidding!
How do these places stay in business? Where do they find these employees? Can't they find people that actually want to earn money. Straight up poor business 9 out of 10 times there. (Which would take me at least two years to go 10 times due to the poor service)
Yes
Im sorry I don't know about this. I've only been to Popeyes once & ordered a chicken sandwich
I can't give you an honest answer because I never order them. I always get the 2 piece meal & never have a problem getting what I want in a short amount of time.
Unfortunately, popeye's does not have fried okra. I wish they did! JJ fish fried okra is pretty good if you haven't tried there's
strongly agreed
