BAD NEWS. The people who work here are absolute dolts and have no idea about customer service and they don't care. They are a pain and dealing with them is way more trouble than it's worth and way more expensive than $19.95. If you can't stand bad customer service and interacting with idiots, this isn't the place for you.

So they have a sign by one door that says no returns after hrs. And then a sign under that that says return keys in Dropbox???? Mixed messages?? So you go inside and they are like you’re responsible for any damaged that occurred to the truck for leaving it after hrs. I told them your sign is confusing you should change it. What should it say the woman asks me. It should say no returns after hours. And get rid of the key drop box. Not to mention their is nothing posted that states the user is responsible for any damages that occur if the vehicle is left. I swear you have to have a low IQ to work for uhaul.

Mary (the owner) would not release a truck to our employees that was booked online. She was rude, condescending and an absolute nightmare. Don't rent Uhaul, Don't rent from Mary. After calling customer service and getting run around for 6 transfers and significant hold time, we will never be using Uhaul again for our business and we will absolutely never use Destination Rentals ever again.

Horrible experience. The manager Mary was a nightmare, and accused us of leaving the truck dirty. The truck was filthy when we got it and even had a old face mask in it. I called Mary to try to get the $25 cleaning fee removed and she didn’t listen to a word I said and accused me of lying and leaving glass and dirt all over the truck. Mind you we used the truck for three hours to move furniture across town. When I called the first time she said she wasn’t going to worry about my concern since she was eating lunch and showed no interested in working with me. Also my girlfriend asked to use the bathroom and all she said was “nope”. I will add that the other staff member was extremely kind, and would be better fit as the manager by a long shot.

I myself have had a couple bad encounters with her. But last time I went in she vented to me about how she has pretty much no help there and has to clean all those vehicles, deal with all the computers and network always going down. She tries hard to keep that place afloat. She's the only one who cares about that place. A little understanding goes a long way. Next time you go just ask her what wrong. I promise it will put her in a better mood
You have to have a valid ID, and a credit card for them to put on file, although you can pay in cash when you return the equipment. You also have to have a secondary contact phone number and they will call that person to make sure the number is valid. I'm not sure if there are any additional requirements, those are the ones i know about.
