Amazing!! I placed an order with Popeyes on 6th ave and I politely asked that my 8 piece have 2 breast 2 wings 2 thighs and 2 legs. I told them the past 2 times I've been in there they didn't get my order right. When I went in to pick up my order they handed it to me I handed them my debit card and they said no charge since you didn't get your order correctly the past 3 times. They earned my business and showed me some places are still about customer service.

Yesterday I came here and Devon took my order. He was extremely friendly and helpful. There was something missing from my order, and he replaced it quickly with no complaints. Today another young lady took my order. I don't know her name but she has some beautiful green nails. Anyways, her customer service was extraordinary! Customer Service is my specialty and this young lady exceeded my expectations. I travel 5 miles out of the way, passing up the other Popeyes location to order from this store because my order is always accurate, the service is fast, and most importantly EVERYONE has always been extra nice. Thank you to all the team members for allowing me to use your lobby today to catch up on homework while I ate lunch!! Kudos to all of you for a job well done!! I appreciate you all!!

Okay tell me why this is one of the BEST Popeyes on the planet…I’ll tell you! Cause the service was super thoughtful and the food was hot and good per usual. The drive thru person today was super patient and the person who gave me my food was chill and efficient at the same time. **must return** Sorry no pic…I ate it all.

So last time I door dashed Popeyes they forgot some of my order. I called the manager and he offered to replace the whole meal at no charge on my next visit. Moving forward a few weeks I decided to get my family meal and order another one on top of that. Even though they were just closing the staff was super friendly and to my surprise they didn't charge us for anything. All the food was great and we even got drinks taken care of. This Popeyes staff is awesome and the manager there should be thankful he has such a dedicated crew. I love the food here and the service is always on point! Thank you for reading and enjoy!
