From the first day I set foot in the office I was received kindly, respected and cared especially for Sherly, the administration, organization, maintenance of both the green areas and the Apt. the cleanliness and the service and the speed every time I had to need for my apartment has been effective and fast. I feel lucky and grateful for having the opportunity to live in this community, which is the best in the area. thanks to Wellington woods staff!!

The maintainance works as fast as they can. The care about the people. I live here since August 2013 and is a great place. Quiet with security at night and you feel safe. Even with the covid 19, the office handles the request as fast as they can by e-mail or phone.

We have a 10 to 12 months waiting list and it's closed for now
You must go to the office and ask for an application, they are low cost, they analyze it and call you when one is vacant.

It's quiet, there are a lot of Latinos and sometimes weekends they grill in front of their houses and play music but not at high volume. In addition there is a security company hanging around inside the complex that makes sure that you do not smoke inside the complex, that the dogs go for a walk on their leash and take care of.
