I lived at The Aspect for almost a year, and I loved every minute of it. The team in the leasing office goes above and beyond to take care of residents. All maintenance requests are taken care of within a few hours of submitting the requests. The facilities are very well maintained, and the amenities can't be beat.

My roommate and I recently moved in and from the start we’ve had a great experience. Brandi has helped us every step of the way and has been incredibly kind and helpful. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. We love our new apartment and we’re so glad we get to live here! This is also a pet friendly complex so our cats love it here too!

From the first email with Raul, it's been a 10 star experience! He and Luis go out of their way to ensure the absolute best resident satisfaction on a daily basis, far exceeding my expectations! I couldn't have chosen a better community to move into. ...And, most of all, the apartments, and grounds are spotless, which the management makes sure remains the same throughout the entire community! Don't be afraid to jump in. The pool and everything that comes with the Aspect Apartments are AMAZING!! It was 100% the right move. Thank you, Raul and Luis!!

Looking for an apartment in central FL is hell. My search included small, smelly, bad areas, few amenities. The most insulting thing was the front line people acted as though I was doing them a favor by asking about the property! Then I turned into The Aspect. I was greeted by the kindness most friendly young man Raul Chaves. He listened to my needs helped me through many questions toured the property I was completely sold! My apartment was spotless, great price for this area and so many amenities included free! Then I went to use the microwave and it didn't work. I thought I know it was to "good to be true", now what? I called Raul and within two days the maintenance supervisor Mr. Israel replaced it with a brand new one! This place is not just apartments, it is a well run safe community. The thing that made me feel best was when Raul said welcome home and even left me a hand written card. Yes, through a my fears and moving difficulties Raul made me feel at home! I thank "The Aspect" staff.
