After 24 years of selling high end boutique items online I thought I would try consigning locally. So I stopped by Beautiful You Boutique to see if they were accepting certain high end brand clothing. I spoke to a store employee and she said that they were low on earrings and in addition were only consigning items over $500 currently. So I came in a few days later with high quality earrings and the owner reviewed what I had. I told her that I needed to get a minimum for a certain pair or would take them with me. She said to leave them and she will research the price and would call me to pick them up if she couldn't ask that amount. Instead, never called and claimed they sold on the first day they were put out for WAY UNDER half of the amount we discussed. Very suspicious. Common problem at these places. They have your items hostage and control what happens to them and then use lame excuses. Would never consign here again!!!

I bought a beautiful (brand new) YSL from here. It still bad the plastic on it and came with an authentication certificate. You can find some really nice vintage pieces as well as fairly new arrivals here.

I found a beautiful silk party dress for a reasonable price here. The store feels like a community, and shoppers interact with each other as well as with the staff. The owner is very nice about negotiating the price on any given garment. The pieces on sale were in great condition. Lots of very high end designer brands.

Lovely and welcoming costumer service!! I am Always happy to walk into this store because the ladies are so nice and warm, always asking if you need anything and offering a complimentary bottle of water. Such a nice touch! They have a wide selection of used menswear which is nice to find, but every time I go in I am shocked at the prices... the prices just seem extraordinarily high for used goods (even if they are designer) which is why I actually rarely buy anything anymore when I go in. BUT! They always have discounts and sales, and the best thing is that you can always bargain with them if you find something you love. Keep it up ladies, you have a good thing going!
