I've literally had the WORST experience with WIC since day one!! I've set an appointment for a specific date and time, they call me THE DAY BEFORE. If they actually do call me on the day of my appointment they call AT THE WRONG TIME!!!!! my appointment was at 1:45PM they call me called me 8:29AM! I call them, I'm on hold for 11 minutes, they finally answer and say they have to reschedule me because it was passed the time and I missed it. She was extremely rude, indirectly calling me a liar because someone said they called me at my appt! I called TODAY 5/10/22 because they were suppose to call me at 1:45PM, and guess what? You're right NO CALL AGAIN! To my surprise the office is closed for training!! They keep hiring UNQUALIFIED people to do these BASIC JOBS, and it's causing stress on the customers/clients. Extremely unreliable, and ghetto.

The ill-mannered, discourteous, impolite, unpleasant woman who answered the phone needs to be let go. She is not fit for customer service and shouldn’t be talking to people at all. Get her off the phone!

Just calling for a ineligibility letter for my insurance and the woman who answered the phone was literally yelling at me. I’m so glad I don’t need this program because they treat you like dirt! I wish I got her name. But she was going back and forth with the supervisor so they heard how she was speaking to me and did nothing. So sad that’s how they treat people.

Front desk women are so rude, and degrading. Been going here almost a year now and I dread going in 😑 very thankful for the services but also shouldn't have to deal with catty like women. So sad because my last WIC office was a dream. So perfect. Here it's normal to not even get basic respect.

No. However you can try going to one of the Tampa Family Health Centers or dollar store ($1 each)
