Go to get license renewed. Sign says stand along walls. People stood along walls and the upity lady behind the desk starts yelling to step away from the walls. That and takin a number to wait in line for something I'm not getting and having to wait forever. Prices are outrageous too. 27.50 for a card that already has my picture on it why so much really?

No, by some weird loophole gmc yukons are permanently exempt from emission standards.
You can use a bank card but there's usually a fee. You can find out the fee by calling them directly. Hope this helps!
