First time ordering last night. Food was good but they did not put the bacon in the Mac and cheese . Said mac and cheese comes with chicken and bacon in it that’s the only reason I ordered. Disappointed.

The ice cream was creamy and flavorable this is sift packed not custard. There is a $1 upcharge for the waffle cone. Even a small waffle cone is enough for two to share at least in my opinion.

We ordered tonight, for the first time, and picked up our food at the Waterloo location. Everything was delicious and fresh and hot. The employees I delt with were super nice. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

We use Kontos pita bread, it is delicious! The chicken wings that we use are considered a jumbo wing. However, sometimes they are not so "jumbo"...I would agree. We sell the wings by the pound so our customers get the same amount no matter if the wings are large or small. Many of our customers rave about our wings. If you choose to try them again consider asking for us to cook them 1.5 times, our standard procedure is 2x through the oven. Thank you!
