They were pleasant, and it looked like training was going on at the front desk. Everyone I made eye contact with smile and said hello. The Dr. Named Megan was very detailed and said the staff was nice and it made me feel comfortable to book my cleaning appointment.

My sister passed away and I have my niece. She needed a procedure done and I got her in as soon as possible. The tech assumed I was mom until my niece told her I was her aunt. I explained that my sister passed away she has insurance under my name as I’m listed as guardian. However I have no court order as courts are moving slow due to Covid. The dentist told me I needed an updated guardian form from me since the one they have on file was 2018. I asked for this policy and they told me I had to call. I found it horrible that they would let a child suffer and lecture me about dental appointments when I just got custody and my sister just passed away. No compassion and very rough with my niece. Sunny Smiles is an EXCELLENT dentist and if they weren’t backed up my niece would have been there.
