Professional Superior customer service It has been a challenge trying to get the address of our newly built home added. There are a couple mail carriers that deliver into the community but will bypass the new homes and only deliver to the homes that have been here for some time. The ONLY mail carrier that will actually deliver mail to the entire community is Sarah. She is the only reason I am giving this location a 5 star review. The days that Sarah works, she always has a pile of mail and packages that were placed "On hold" by other mail carriers. Sarah is one of the best mail carriers I have had. If you live in Dade City, just hope that you end up on her route.

Twice lied to about deliveries. First was July of this year whereby the delivery lady left a notice that no one was available for delivery all the while having a birthday party at the house. Most recently, after having to drive to the location just before 8pm to find my package that had been reported as delivered 2 hrs earlier, I find out it had just then, moments ago, left the facility right there in Dade City, for delivery to my home. No apology for the inconveniences they caused. Just received only their well rehearsed and most unprofessional excuses for poor service. Customers pay for their delivery service. It is not inappropriate to expect honesty and couteous customer support from our community post office and their staff. Very disappointed in this post office, supervisor Crystal, and its employees.

Received a package that had been torn open prior to delivery. The postal worker didn't even bother sealing it back up and left the open package on my doorstep. I don't know if it was torn open because someone was looking for things to steal since Christmas is right around the corner but they could've put more care in securing my package. This is exactly how it arrived (pictured)

Depends on where off Howard. East of 7th St is early afternoon around 1:30 to 2:00. West of 7th idk.
if you receive the receipt for that package depending on how you sent it there will be a tracking number on it and there is a phone number that you can call and they can give you the information or you can go online at the US postal service and put the tracking number and it'll tell you where it is if it's been delivered or in transit. I sentmy mail twenty days ago and they haven't received it yet the mail was payment for my credit cards what do I do now,
